I have an issue with active sync and I am not sure where to look. We have 3 mailbox servers (MB1, MB2, MB3) as part of a DAG and 3 CAS servers 2 of them CAS1 and CAS2 are part of a CAS array using NLB and the third at our DR site CAS3. Last
night one of my mailbox servers crashed and the mailbox database (VIP) moved to the server in our DR site MB3 all mail was working correctly from Outlook client meaning they can send and recieve emails without problems, however any user that was on the VIP
database could not sync their devices with activesync. Once I moved them back to one of the MB server in our primary site activesyne started working. I am not sure where to start to see what is causing this I have looked at the windows logs and
cant see anything jumping out at me.
