Create a group as Security group as well as Distribution group

Recently mitgrate from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010.  In 2003, I can create a Security group then thru Exchange task to make it as a Distribution group as well.  And I only need to make 1 change when updating the members list.  I can't seem to figure out an easy way to do this in Exchange 2010.  I created an security user group "UG_Access", added specific AD users to the group, then I try similar giving it an email address.  That didnt work, it doesn't show up in Outlook.  Then I tried creating a new Distribution list and add UG_Access as a member of the Distribution list.  The DL showsup in Outlook, but no members.
