Remove Disabled Users Permission from Active / User + Shared Mailboxes

There are hundreds of shared mailboxes or standard user mailboxes hosted on exchange 2007 / 2010.

A lot have users have left over the past few years and the user accounts have been disabled.

Is there a way to remove all disabled users fullaccess permissions from these active user / shared mailboxes? PowerShell

Any help would be appreciated.
