We are going to depoy new SBS-2011 server for our company. Presently we are using SBS-2003 and we are downloading all users email through POP3 account.
Now we want to confirm for our new deployment of SBS-2011 that can we direcly download emails to our server as well as on our Host server. We need this option for our remote users to download emails on his laptop in outlook from exchange server. In case of
failure of Exchange server[In-house] they needs to download from Host server.
I am not technical so my question might be incorrect but we need a best solution for our remote user to download their emails from Exchange server. Please confirm.
