Transport Service won't start - Service MSExchangeMailSubmission. The local Exchange server does not belong to any Active Directory site.

Hi There,

I've moved an exchange server to a different site (as the one office was closing down) and changed their IP range.

I've reconfigured DNS and NICs etc correctly but the Transport service wont start!

In the Application Event Log I have this event time and time again.
