PowerShell error when starting or running a powershell command

Hello Everyone,

     We are having an issue when starting up the powershell or running powershell cmds on our exchange server.

Version: 14.2 build 247.5

Error:

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
    + CategoryInfo          : OpenError: (System.Manageme....RemoteRunspace:RemoteRunspace) [], RemoteException
    + FullyQualifiedErrorId : PSSessionOpenFailed

Not sure what direction I need to start but I think I might have to rebuild the IIS EWS site.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
