RPCClientAccessServer Change

Hi

Has Microsoft improved the method of refreshing Outlook 2007/2010 clients to pickup a new RPCClientAccessServer when the value is updated at the mailbox database level?

I have read through the following article http://clintboessen.blogspot.co.uk/2012/03/changing-rpcclientaccessserver-how.html

The Exchange 2010 CAS and Mailbox Servers are all on SP2 Rollup Update 4-v2 and all are sitting in the same AD Site.

One of he feed back on the above article reports this was fixed in RU3 but then someone else says it not entirely fixed.

If I change the RPCClientAccessServer to another CAS server will it break Outlook?

If I were to create a CAS Array would I still break Outlook?

Should I have set the RPCClientAccessServer value prior to moving the mailboxes?

Regards

Carl
