Hello, I've searched but haven't found an issue like mine on the forums. I have Exchange 2010 and clients using Outlook 2010. I setup a distribution list (calledpayments@fairmont.org) for notification emails from our web store about purchases made online. In the list are our three customer service reps (Betsy, Diane and Janet), all internal users. When an email comes through, Betsy and Janet get the email immediately, while Diane may not get the email until hours later, or even the next day. I've tried deleting the list and recreating it, that hasn't helped. If anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate it, thank you.
