Exchange 2010 Database portability and Outlook 2003 profile

Hi All, using database portability to move a database to another Exchange 2010 Mailbox server (in the same AD site) affect Outlook 2003 profile? I have this doubt because in this article:

Microsoft say: "Older Outlook clients need to be manually configured to point to the new server, if the server name has changed."

Moving the database the mailbox server has changed but the Client Access server not. Outlook (all versions) points to CAS.

Any experience?
