How to install Exchange Server 2010 with Transcoding Service in Windows 2008 R2(RESOLVED)

There was a Issue with WIndows Firewall Settings while Installation of Exchange server 2010 with Transcoding Services.

For user who are installing Exchange Server 2010, with any of the Roles.
Must "first enable the firewall" and then proceed with the installations.
It worked fine for me and resolved my issue.

If any one of you finds any issues related to the installtion..Please post it to me.
