Some incoming email not getting delivered

Hi we have an sbs2011 server which is having a problem delivering some emails. The only thing we can see in the smtpreceive log is the following. I googled and binged it but can't find anything to to get an idea what is causing the problem. So I can't figure out how to fix it.

Here is a copy of the smtplog file for a incoming message that doesn't get delivered.

Any help is greatly appriecatted.
