Good Day All,
This is my first time posting on here, so please be gentle.
The problem that I am faced with, is that one of our users has started having a very strange issue with his Outlook 2010. Everytime that he sends an email to a recipient who has the Out Of Office Assistant turned on, the reply comes back in Russian. Not the whole reply, just the initial Out Of Office Header.
He has recently been to Russia on a work related trip, and so it may well be related to that.
The reason I chose to post this on the Exchange 2010 forum, is because, I have pretty much got to the end of the road troubleshooting the Outlook config. I have tested this in both cached\uncached mode, I have recreated the OST file, I have uninstalled and re-installed Office 2010 completely, I have patched the PC with the very latest updates, but still the problem occurs. I ahve checked the computer's language settings, and nothing for Russia.
I have had a look at the Mailbox on the Exchange 2010 server, but everything looks standard.
He does have a Blackberry, with the enterprise account activated which also displays the Russian text.
I have pretty much exhausted all I know to get to the bottom of this, but am still scratching my head.
Any ideas ????
Thanks in advance
Paul
