I have recently upgraded my Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007 (now I am upgrading to Exchange 2010 - long story needed the practice :)). I just removed my last (first) Exchange 2003 server now I can't get the Default Address List to update. Every night during the maintenance window and if I do a rebuild now I get 9331 and 9335. These basically say that they are having problems accessing my public folders. I would concur with that because I didn't move any public folders over. We didn't use them beyond the system folders. My first question is do I need to have public folders for this (everything else appears to be working fine)? and if not how do I get my default address list to not think it needs a public folder to build?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
