Move PrimaryActiveManager

While take servers down for maintenance the PrimaryActiveManager got moved to a different AD/Physical site and I need to move it back. I've searched around and from what I can tell there isn't a way to set a preferred PAM server nor an Exchange cmdlet to move it back. The only thing I've found is to use the cluster command.

1. Is this safe to do period?

2. If yes.. Is safe to move it during production hours?

I believe this is the correct command

cluster.exe DAG1.mydomain.com group “Cluster Group” /moveto:ServerNameToTakeThePAM
